If you don't see your name then I'm sorry to tell you you didn't make it and you won't have to come for training anymore.Thanks for being part of the team since the day you join.Those who got in, it doesn't mean that you're in good condition. I have another list of people that we'll be observing due to the fact that their fitness level is still not at the desired level. So if you remembered that you're one of the last few who finished the run or did badly for your pull ups, please make that extra effort to train on your own. Or else don't be surprise if I approach you someday and tell you that you're out.
Paddles at Marina Bay, those 24 people who are involved in it. There is another practice tomorrow,26th July 07.Report at 7.45am at the same place, and if anyone missed it, they will be dealt with severely.
There will be a mass rehersal for everyone on next wednesday at the school stadium.Everyone including seniors are to be there,including the 24.All water sports club members will be there with us as well.Therefore, wednesday sea training will be cancelled.Whoever took the one star course with the team and missed it, you'll be held responsible for breaking the contract you have with the school.
Next, there are free swimming lessons conducted by the swim team every Tuesday and Friday starting from next week.This is very important to those who don't know how to swim, this is because everyone will be taking part in the actual Paddles at Marina Bay on 18th August, and if someone capsize and they can't swim, it'll be a serious matter to the school, as we'll be paddling in front of the President on that day. Therefore, those who can't swim, please be at the pool by 6pm to learn how to swim.Nothing is embarassing bout it.
Last thing is, the following people, your One star course will be on 11th and 12th August at Changi Water Venture at 9am.

I need 24 seniors and juniors to take part in this event. 6 dragonboaters will be joining us for this event.
It'll be a fun and enjoyable experience for the whole team!but since spaces are limited,I'll only choose those that can row well, in terms of controlling direction.

HEY HEY HEY!!!=D
I know everyone just wants me to blog.well,no choice,I'll blog now!
okay,recently everyone have been training hard for both sea and land training.
I know everyone's aching everywhere and feeling so exhausted everyday ever since we started training 5 times a week.It's not easy,seriously, to commit and spend 4 hours a day for 5 days a week to train.But we did it guys for almost a month already.And we're just left with 2 more weeks of tough training and after NCC we'll take a short break like maybe a week. NCC as we all know is one of the most respected competition in our world of kayaking and what many students have been training hard for.including us. So we'll just do what we always do during training,and just finish this competition feeling that we've done our best and no regrets at all.As what coach have said, we'll be the underdogs for this competition and shock everyone,letting them know that we're SOMEONE and not just ANYONE.
As we can see, the juniors seem to carry the same spirit we have.That never say quit spirit. I can see us in them.I believe they'll do us proud real soon people.Let's show them what we're capable of and in time to come, they'll show us they're capable too!Guide them well cause they're our future.Enough said.Let's just whack for another 2 weeks people!
WE NEVER SAY QUIT
