You girls really did the team proud and have shown vast improvements within this one month of training. I hope this will really be a moral booster for all of you.

Competition aside.

All of your examinations are coming up soon; please study hard! I trust that all of you will do your own self-training within this period of time. Set aside an hour or so for some running or static at home, at least 2 days a week. It’s important you keep your fitness there because when your examinations ended, it’ll soon be POL-ITE.

There’ll be a team BBQ session after your exams. Look forward to it because I believe it’ll be fun! =)

Hey guys. Our girls will be going for their National Womens Canoeing Championships this saturday and sunday and it will be compulsory for all of us to come down and support them. I mean it. We cant be sitting ducks at home or not doing anything to support them. We as a team should support one another, our strength is built purely on this !

The other thing is that just because we are supporting them, dosent mean we cant train right?

So we have decided some plans for this weekends.

Saturday trainings will be at 7.15 AM and it will be optional for you guys. I highly encourage for all of you to come down as we need to train. We will end training around 8.30-8.45. So please be at seletar at by 7.15 ! We will start training straight away.

For those of you who cant come down, please be at macritchie reservoir by 8.15AM. This is compulsory, NOT OPTIONAL. Help out our girls to carry their boats and everything. Dont let them do all the work, they are racing. Help them out as much as you can.

So, let me break down again the plan;

Saturday

Time: 7.15 am

Venue: Seletar reservoir

Ending time: 8.15-8.30

***peeps who dnt train, report at macrithie at 8.15am

If there are any last min changes, i will let you guys know.

To all our girls who are taking part in NWCC, push hard all the way ! Do not ever give up, do not ever let your mates down. All the sweat, the pain, the suffering that you all have gone through. This is the day that you all have been training for ! Let it all out ! Show your opponents that you guys are their worst nightmares. You can do it !
