Just to recap what I've said during debrief just now.
All year 2s are to attend all compulsory land trainings on every Monday and Thursday. Now all the year 3s are either out for attachments or final year projects, we're short-handed when comes to handling the juniors so please come for all trainings to help out.
Only if you've a test/deadline for project to meet, you're excused from training but please inform your captains or vice-captains about it.
Regards,
Aixing

Hullo fellow canoeists.
After all the fun, it's time to focus on our trainings now.
Here are the training days for this semester :Monday - Land training, 6pm
Tuesday - Sea training, 715am & Land training, 6pm (Optional)
Wednesday - Sea training, 330pm
Thursday - Sea training, 715am & Land training, 6pm (Optional)
Friday - Rest day, compulsory!
Saturday - Sea training, 0815am
Sunday - Sea training, 0815am
For the girls, we'll be meeting on Thursday, 6pm for gymming session. Please make it down if you can. If any of you can't make it down, please inform either Joyce or me. Thanks =)
Now we're back to doing long distance, it'll not be as fun as sprint sets but the foundation is still very important. So during this period of time, make sure you correct your strokes and try to get a good technique in paddling.
With good technique, physical fitness and determination, you'll fly! =)
Attention to all late comers! For those who are late for the
first time, you'll have to do
200 push ups and
add another 50 push ups if you're late again. The number of push ups will just keep accumulating so if you do not want to be punished, you know what to do =)
All push ups must be done on the training day itself. There'll be no bargaining.
And lastly, I've put up a tagboard at the side and our "Pending team picture" is finally up! =)
