Hey my lovely teammates, this friday the seniors will be leaving for our lovely getaway at Genting! It's been more than a year since the seniors took a short break, so this trip will be a time when we relax for a short while. This Saturday, I'll put Jun Wei and Ai Xing in charge of the juniors. They'll be in charge of opening, closing of the place, and also make sure everything goes smoothly during training.I hope all juniors will co-operate and listen to the 2 of them when they give instructions which I will be passing to them. They will be reporting to me about training when I get back. But if at any point of time, any juniors felt that they misuse their power, please approach me and tell me about me when I get back.Alright see you guys next monday! We'll have fun, no worries!!right seniors??Sincerely,Daniel

My lovely team mates,
Now exams are over, it's time to shift all your energy and time to training. We study hard, we train hard.During the holidays, it's always a time where we can train like a full time rower. For the year ones, it's this time where you can catch up with the others if you're lagging behind. And for those who are doing not bad, there's always room for improvement.Take this holiday to get your strokes right, and let your body get used to long distance rowing.During training, it's always important to let your body endure tough training. And as time pass, when you look back you'll know that it's your hard work and strong determination which makes up who you are. And I promise you, you'll really be satisfied with your performance when you graduate.Training does not only train your physical fitness but also your character. You'll be able to endure more hardship through strong determination next time when you move on to your chapter of your life. The working life.
Therefore, let's all train hard together as a team and move on together, and be once of the best teams around!
Training schedule:
Monday - Land training at 6pm
Wednesday - Sea training at 9.30am
Saturday - Sea training at 9am
On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday it's optional sea training.Advisable to come.
