Details for training tomorrow (25/08/2007).
Training tomorrow will not be compulsory. However, we would advise you to come for it.
For those who have already completed your exams, you are expected to turn up for training. We have a record of those who have already ended their exams so action will be taken if you do not turn up without a valid reason.
Training will be at 8.45AM. Please bring along your running shoes. See you!
P.S. As team mates of this team, be responsible of your own actions.We won't force you to come early but only ask you to reach on time.To me, if you don't make it for training on time, it just shows that you're not interested in training hard. And i'll take notice of that.
I miss you guys!And I know you guys miss me too!so please come for training tmr!

Details for Paddles at Marina Bay
We're be staying overnight in NYP on friday, the day before the event to ensure smooth facilitation on sat.
These are the details for this coming Friday(there will be a rehearsal also) :
Check in time:4pm
Dinner:5.30pm
Rehearsal:6.30pm(Pasir Ris)
Things to bring: slippers, shoes, sleeping bag, water bottle, 2 set of clothes, toiletries
For those that did not turn up but taken the 1 star course under NYP, please be reminded that you'll have to pay for the 1 star course which is around $100 if they didn't turn up this friday.

Training details for the month of August
For the remaining 3 Wednesdays on the month of August,15th, 22nd, 29th it'll be optional Sea Training starting from 3pm.Ending at 5.30pm.
For the coming Saturday, 18th, please be noted that we'll all be going for Paddles at Marina Bay.Sea training is optional the next day.
On the remaining saturday,24th, optional sea training as usual.

Details on Genting Trip on the 28th, 29th, and 30th of September(seniors)
On 28th, we'll have to be at Golden Mile shopping centre(the one at beach road) by 6.30am.
Therefore, what I suggest that we stay at Chao Po's house the day before.
When we reach Golden Mile, immediately fill up the cross border forms provided and get onto the coach.The trip will take us about 7 hours, so most probably we'll reach Genting at 2pm.By then, Yi Rui and his father will be there, and he'll show us the way.
And these are the sleeping arrangement
Room 1:Anju,Hsing Yee and Gen
Room 2:Jing Ting, Joanne,Priscilla and Darren
Room 3:Derek,Alfred,Joel and Daniel
Room 4:Alvin,Jonathan,Damien,Chao Po
Everyone will have their own room key, Darren's name will be under Room 2 because we can't have 5 names under one room, but in the end he'll join Room 3.
Please bring some money for your own expenses, eg. going to the themepark or getting extra food such as Jonathan's favourite cheesecake.

For those participating in Relay Duathlon 07, we'll be meeting at 9am at bedok mrt control station.Attire would be red jersey and black running shorts.Please be reminded that you also have to bring your running shoes and an extra set of clothes to change after the competition.
And those who are not participating, try to come and suppport your fellow teammates!They need your support!
And 4 people going for the one-star course.It's on tomorrow and at water venture changi.Try to reach there by 9am.Bring an extra set of clothes and slippers.Only shoes are to be worn down into the water as it's part of their rules and regulation.

This is very urgent.I need those 20 people who joined the relay duathlon to hand up their idemnity form and cash latest by tomorrow 5pm.I'll be collecting the forms outside the clubroom from 3pm onwards.Those who didn't hand up their forms by 5pm will forget about taking part in this event.Please be responsible for yourself and hand up the form asap.

For those who are taking part in the relay duathlon, please take an indemnity form from daniel when you meet him to hand in the forms for standard chartered.
Please get your parents to sign it and bring it on tuesday together with the participation fee of $15 and pass it to jingting on tuesday.
Collection of the Standard Chartered payment would be at 12pm-1pm tomorrow at MacDonald.It is $40 for either the 42km or 10km category. But I'm sorry to say that for some of the juniors who want to join the 42km category.It's only applicable to people 18 and above or rather people born in the year of 1989 of earlier.Therefore, you can only join the 10km category.Please bring both forms and your money.
I can see that our team is progressing quite well in term of rowing and fitness, and I hope everyone can maintain their fitness during this exam period. Just take some time away from your revision on certain days to do some jogging, and statics, and that will be enough.Just take it as a form of relieving stress from studying.
Last of all, I wanna thank everyone for making the sentosa trip a successful one.Thank you guys for preparing all the wonderful food and sponsoring from everyone.Nyp kayaking!!yosh!

TRAINING SCHEDULE.
there will be training this sunday at 915am. Running shoes is not required.
starting from next week, training will only be on wednesdays and saturdays. wednesday trainings are not compulsory, but the saturday trainings are compulsory.
further notice will be given on when training will resume to normal.
