This Thursday push up event is complusory for all!I repeat complusory for all!!The timeslots are 10.30am,12pm and 3pm.The most important timeslot is during 3.30pm where there will be media coverage,MP will be around and also VINCENT NG.He'll be joining us in setting the record for the push ups.Girls will do girl's push up and guys will do guy's push up.And there will be prizes given for everyone if they reach a certain number of push ups.


For eg.20push up, prize A, 40 push up, prize B and etc.


No one is to skip this.I believe you guys are strong enough to come down and challenge yourselves, if anyone misses out on this, I'll talk to them individually.


Attire:Red and black jersey with black shorts.


Next time is the event that our school takes part in it annually, which is the Surf & sweat 2008!!Every year the school will sponsor the watersports club and allow us to take part for free!!This year, surf&sweat just happen to fall on the following saturday right after our kayaking marathon.I'll pass the registration forms to you guys on wednesday sea training, fill it up and pass it back to me.It'll be very very fun guys!!!
