Bid goodbye to the horrible exams and welcome the 6 weeks of holiday!!Long holidays meaning more time for training! From this week onwards, we'll resume both land and trainings. And this is the new training schedule for the holidays.
Monday - 6pm to 9pm - weights training
Tuesday - no training
Wednesday - 9am to 12pm - sea training
Thursday - 6pm to 9pm - circuit training
Friday - no training
Saturday - 9am to 1pm - sea training
Sunday - 9am to 1pm - sea training
Thursday training will only start next week.
And now it is compulsory to bring your running shoes on all sea trainings. We will be running more often to increase our stamina and bring our fitness level to tip-top conditions before the next batch of juniors come in, which is during April.
In these few months, we will be having a lot of competitions which includes:
Mr500 - 8th, 9th March
NJCC - 29th, 30th March
Pa Paddles Championship - 19th, 20th of April
National Women - 7th, 8th of June
Therefore, as you can see it'll be a busy 4 months for all of us. For NJCC, only those who are born in the year 1990 or later can take part.So those who can take part, you really have to train freaking hard if you wanna do well in NJCC.For Pa Paddles Championship, we won quite a few medals last year and I hope we can do the same for this year.Moving on to June, we'll be having the National Women, and this is the first time team Nyp is able to send such huge team of girls to compete in it, therefore girls!!Train hard and make an impact on that day!!!
It won't be easy to handle so many days of training, but I believe that as long as we train hard as a team together, we'll be able to endure through all these!!!Lets release all our aggressiveness nowwww!!!!!!Whack them all!!!Let other schools know that we're coming up as a really strong team!!!
