Congratulations to En Kai for winning a gold medal back for us in 500m C finals!!!!I believe the team is very proud of him!!So everyone please leave a comment and congratulate En Kai for his awesome achievement in his first K1 sprint race!!!He clocked a personal best of 2.02 min!!!Therefore guys, as you can see!With determination, comes glory!Girls train hard for your National Women!!

2 more days and it'll be En Kai's big day!!Everyone is to be at Mac Ritchie at 8.30am sharp.Bring your shoes along cause we'll be running at Mac Ritchie!Yes yes I know you guys love it.Anyone who didn't bring their shoes or arrive late will do 200 push ups.on the spot.You guys are allowed to wear other jerseys during the run then change into the green jersey after the run.Everyone is required to be in the green jersey.
Some of us will have to be down at seletar to train first before going down to Mac Ritchie cause of attachment.That includes Joel,Yi Rui,Derek,Daniel and Huey yan.Anyone who think they need extra training in rowing and want to join us, please leave your name in the comment box and I'll consider bout it.The reason being I need some of you guys to cheer on En Kai.
Most probably this will be our programme for this coming Saturday and Sunday.Take care, rest well, stay healthy and row like never before my team!!!!Whack whack whack!!
Always tell yourself this before going into the water "I believe in myself that I can do way better than the previous training, I'm never going to stay stagnant cause I know I'm capable"

Tomorrow's gathering will be at E308(just above north canteen) at 10.30am onwards.There will be lots of activities held among various cca which main purpose is to bond everyone together.Lunch will be provided and Lina assured that it'll be good food catered from outside school.The whole gathering will end around 4.30pm.This is complusory for all everyone in the team except for those that are having their attachment.Everyone in the team is to report in the red jersey and running shoes.After the gathering, training will start at 6pm!Remember to bring $10 and pass it to Jing Ting.Work hard my lovely team!!!

Congrats to Alvin for making it into the finals and also to Jun Wei for gaining those priceless experience in a sprint competition!!Alright tomorrow will be the finals for Alvin's race at 10.30am sharp.Therefore everyone is to be at the shed by 9.30am!Wearing your red jersey.Even though we're not competing with you Alvin, we're always with you mentally, supporting you as you sprint through that 500m!!Win something back for us!!Everyone lets give all our support to Alvin Phua Meng Chuan!!!!Whack arh!!
