NCC is going to be a tough competition but all of us have trained very hard for it. This is our chance to show others what our team is made of. From this week onwards, every night before you sleep, visualize youself rowing past others, that adrenaline rush. Rowing with confidence, power and strong determination.

We've trained hard and progress together as one. We've grown from zero to what we are today, and we can be even stronger. Lets show others we can achieve. Winning is about how much you want it.
