Hey seniors, because we didnt have sea training on wednesday (1st Oct), training on thursday will be sea training instead of land gym training. Spread the word to the rest of the teammates. And also, please give Liling 4 dollars for the birthday cake and the transportation of NP's boat by tomorrow.

Monday – Gym training (6 -9 pm) COMPULSORY
Tuesday – Sea training; two sessions (9.15 – 12 am) and (3.30 – 6 pm)
ONE TRAINING COMPULSORY
Wednesday – Sea training (9.15 – 12 am) COMPULSORY - AND -
Sea training (3.30-6 pm) OPTIONAL
Thursday - Gym training(10am - 12.30pm) COMPULSORY - AND -
Sea training (3.30 - 6pm) OPTIONAL
Friday – Rest day OPTIONAL
Saturday – Sea training (9.15 – 1pm) COMPULSORY
Sunday – Sea training (9.15 – 1pm) OPTIONAL
