NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE UPMonday – Gym training (6 -9 pm) COMPULSORY
Tuesday – Sea training; two sessions (9.15 – 12 am) and (3.30 – 6 pm)
ONE TRAINING COMPULSORY
Wednesday – Sea training (9.15 – 12 am) COMPULSORY - AND -
Sea training (3.30-6 pm) OPTIONAL
Thursday - Gym training(10am - 12.30pm) COMPULSORY - AND -
Sea training (3.30 - 6pm) OPTIONAL
Friday – Rest day OPTIONAL
Saturday – Sea training (9.15 – 1pm) COMPULSORY
Sunday – Sea training (9.15 – 1pm) OPTIONAL
