Most importantly, do not panic on that day itself and just treat it like another training and give it your best shot.
For juniors, this is will be your very first race. If you have any questions on that day itself, please approach the seniors =)

Juniors : Red training jersey
Seniors : Red printed jersey.
On the race day itself, please reach MacRitchie Reservoir at 7.15am sharp. DO NOT be late. For those not racing for 1000m, you guys should all make it down in the morning to support your team mates that are racing. There'll be a team talk in the morning, followed by warm-ups. Please be there.
At the end of the day, it's not the results that matter the most.
You can't decide how the race finishes, but you can always decide how you end the race. Just go down and give it your best, come up with no regrets. Thats all we can ask for.
Probably most of you have watched this but it's very motivating still.
Drink more water, eat well, rest early.
