Are all of you aching from yesterday's gym training? I am.
PA Paddles Championship is in 4 days time. During these 4 days, I hope that all of you can rest and eat well. Most importantly, please take care of your health. The weather is very hot nowadays so make sure all of you hydrate yourself.
Before you go to sleep every night, visualize yourself in the race course. Imagine what kind of results you want to get on the race day itself. Mental preparation is very important. Do not put any pressure on yourself and do whatever you can. Put in your 100% during the race and do not ever look back and regret.
I've seen all of you trained very hard during the holidays and I believe that you guys/girls can do this. Do not be afraid to bring out the champion in you. Let your aggressiveness and the desire to win show.
